Payment and shipping options
Shipping & payment
All our goods are well packed to avoid damage during transport, in two boxes (a box with sneakers inside a cardboard box). The goods are dispatched in the shortest possible time depending on the chosen delivery method. You will be informed about everything via email, in which you will receive the tracking number of your shipment. Related fees are always listed before confirming the order in the "Shipping and Payment" section.
Payment options
You can choose from Bank transfer, Cash on delivery, card payment or Skippay for installments. Card payment (VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) is the most popular among our customers for its speed and security.
Cash on delivery payment
Cash on delivery is standardly available to all customers for orders up to CZK 8,000. For new customers, however, we reserve the right to demand payment in advance and unilaterally change the method of payment from cash on delivery to payment in advance, especially for the purpose of preventing uncollected shipments and minimizing the risks associated with order delivery.
Delivery options
We offer two delivery options on our website: 1) Express delivery - refers to products that we have in stock and we ship them within 24 hours of receiving the order. 2) Standard delivery - refers to products available in our external warehouses. Delivery time is usually 3 to 10 working days. The availability and corresponding delivery method are always indicated for each product.
Delivery to the Pick-up point
Tired of waiting for the courier? Pick up your shipment at one of the thousands of pick-up points. Choose the one that will suit you the best and pick up the shipment when you have the time.
Delivery to your address
The shipment will be delivered directly to the specified address, either at home or at work. The service is provided by PPL, DPD or Zásilkovna. You will be informed about the date and time of delivery by email and SMS.
Personal collection at the store
Personal pickup is only available for pre-paid orders. We will send you an email confirmation once your order is ready for collection. From now on, you can pick it up at any time during our working hours.
Shipping abroad
We ship orders abroad via certified carriers. Slovakia: PPL, DPD or Zásilkovna. Other countries of the European Union: UPS or DHL Express Payment is possible in euros by credit card, bank transfer or cash on delivery (if available for the country in question).
Additional express shipping
Some of our products may be eligible for expedited shipping, which can significantly shorten the waiting time for delivery. You can check the availability of expedited shipping in your cart. Additional expedited shipping can be arranged via Chatbot or e-mail. Additional expedited shipping can also be arranged after the order is completed. It is a paid service.
