Is the offered goods original?

Yes. All our goods are original.

Authenticity and 100% condition of the goods are our priorities. For more information on how we ensure the authenticity of our goods, see Guarantee of Authenticity or visit our instagram account and see for yourself.

Are the offered goods unworn?

Yes. All our goods are new and therefore unworn.

We check all goods before dispatch and guarantee that the goods are original and in the so-called DS ('deadstock') condition, meaning unworn, completely new and thus without signs of wear or tear.

Can you advise me on picking a size?

Yes, we will be happy to advise you. You can send your questions by clicking on the contact below using the form, e-mail or our chatbot.

FAQ - Account Management

Is it possible to make a purchase without registration?

Yes. The entire purchase process can be completed without registration.

Nevertheless, we recommend that you register an account, which allows you to safely and easily access information about orders, payments, delivery addresses, etc. We do not provide personal information, including your email address, to third parties.

FAQ - Shipping and Payment

What are the payment options?

You can pick between Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery or Online card payments (VISA, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The associated fees are always listed before confirming the order in the section "Shipping and Payment".

What are the shipping options?

We send orders via PPL a Zásilkovna, either to your address or to the collection point of your choice.

How can I get an invoice?<

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an automatic email with order details and an invoice.

Can the goods be sent to Slovakia?

Yes, we do send goods to the territory of Slovakia. The goods are delivered by the Zásilkovna service and payment is possible in Euros by card, Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer. Details on the cross-border shipping can be found in the order confirmation email.

FAQ - Returns and Warranty

What is your returns policy?

You have 14 days to return items. Just follow these steps:

1. Fill in the Online Form

For warranty and returns, use our Online Form. The Online Form must be completed before submitting your return or warranty claim, make sure you filled in the correct email address and order number, which can be found in the order confirmation email or the invoice.

2. Package the goods:

Place the items you want to return in the box. The shoes must be returned in the original box, including all accessories that are part of the product (laces, decorative accessories, stickers, etc.). Please ensure that you package the shipment properly (so-called doublebox method, the box of the goods is placed in a protective cardboard box) so that the goods can be safely delivered back to us.

3. Ship the returned goods:

Send the packaged goods to the address found in the Online Form mentioned in step 2. In case of problems, e-mail us at info@sneakerstore.cz.

The goods must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear/damage.

Can the goods be exchanged?

Unfortunately, exchange of goods by credit is not possible. It is necessary to return the goods and order a new one.
