Is it possible to make a purchase without registration?
Yes. The entire purchase process can be completed without registration.
Nevertheless, we recommend that you register an account, which allows you to safely and easily access information about orders, payments, delivery addresses, etc.
What is your returns policy?
You have 14 days to return items. Just follow these steps:
1. Fill in the Online Form:
For warranty and returns, use our Online form. The Online Form must be completed before submitting your return or warranty claim, make sure you filled in the correct email address and order number, which can be found in the order confirmation email or the invoice.
2. Package the goods:
Place the items you want to return in the box. The shoes must be returned in the original box, including all accessories that are part of the product (laces, decorative accessories, stickers, etc.). Please ensure that you package the shipment properly (so-called doublebox method, the box of the goods is placed in a protective cardboard box) so that the goods can be safely delivered back to us.
3. Ship the returned goods:
Send the packaged goods to the address found in the Online Form mentioned in step 2. In case of problems, e-mail us at info@sneakerstore.cz.
The goods must be returned in their original condition, without signs of wear/damage.
