At Sneakerstore, we guarantee a 14-day return period for any purchased item. The size does not fit or the product is not to your liking? You can send the goods back using the instructions below and we'll do the rest.
For manufacturing defects and damage to goods select "Complaints". For any other reason for returning goods, select "Return".
Sneakers must be returned in the original manufacturer's box. Please ensure that you package the shipment properly, meaning placing the item in the outer protective cardboard box.
Send the packaged goods to the address you can find below in the online form. In case of problems, contact us at info@sneakerstore.cz.
- The goods must be returned in the original box. The goods themselves may only be tested to the extent necessary to determine their nature, properties and functionality.
- The goods must contain all original components.
- The goods must be returned in a protective cardboard box so as not to damage the original manufacturer's box.
- The maximum period for refunding funds for your returned order is 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

- This is the outer packaging for transport.
- Original manufacturer's box
- This is the original packaging of the shoes supplied by the manufacturer.
- Components
- These are pendants, cards, etc.
When trying on items (especially sneakers) for the first time (to test fit and comfort), make sure you only wear them indoors on a clean floor. If you think there is a chance you will need to replace them, we ask that you do not wear them outside. This eliminates the possibility of dirt, abrasions, etc. We cannot accept sneakers that have been worn, stained, washed or altered in any way.
If you choose to exchange goods, once the returned goods are received and processed we will issue you an exchange voucher for the value of the returned goods. You can then use this voucher when placing a new order for the goods you want.
- The exchange voucher is single-use and must be applied to an order with a value at least equal to the value of the voucher.
- If the value of the new order is higher than the value of the voucher, you will pay the difference as usual.
- If goods from the new order are subsequently returned, the portion of the price paid with the exchange voucher will again be refunded in the form of an exchange voucher.
- The value of an exchange voucher cannot be converted into a monetary refund through a subsequent purchase and return of goods.
