Goods purchased with this service can be returned within 30 days. This option must be activated at checkout by adding the paid service to the shopping cart.

Terms of the Promotion:

The service is non-refundable and non-transferable.

It applies only to items in the specific order and cannot be added after the order is placed.

Orders without this service are subject to the standard 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

What You Receive if You Use the Service:

After returning the goods, you will receive a gift voucher in the amount of the original purchase price.

The voucher is valid for purchases on our e-shop (it covers only the price of the item, shipping costs and the service fee are not included).

Voucher Terms:

The voucher is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

It cannot be split into partial amounts or exchanged for cash.
